A transitional office building adjacent to their upcoming high rise corporate headquarters by Oil major, Numaligarh Refinery Limited. A one of its kind all steel building, with complete structure made of Prefab steel. This building is a pioneer among prefab steel buildings as it is one of the few multistoried steel building made with prefab steel plate girders. The building incorporates various details combining steel with glass and other dry wall typologies for a good indoor ambience and comfort. The entire project was executed in less than a year by making use of these techniques and has the possibility of dismantling and reuse by the owners at a later date.
