A first of its kind “Green Building”, registered with GRIHA in the North-East region. Environmentally Sensitive Planning and orientation with emphasis on good working environment was the prime focus. A showcase building for the Government of Assam, this building was recently awarded with “Exemplary Performance of Passive Architecture” during GRIHA Summit 2015 and also the “Special Mention Award- Green Building category” by HUDCO DESIGN AWARDS
